Noggin

Faced with a tight development schedule, Noggin.com, a Viacom Inc./Children's Television Workshop joint venture, approached Black Hammer to develop an interactive web counterpart to "Bill Nye the Science Guy," the extremely popular television show that teaches kids about science. BHP delivered an interactive website with a Perl, CGI and Oracle database that was fully integrated into the larger Noggin.com site.

Black Hammer Productions was hired by Scholastic to design and develop the Scholastic I Spy™ website. This website acts as a product catalog which presents the entire award winning I Spy™ franchise. Visitors can view the I Spy™ books and CDs, along with descriptions of each product.

CIBC World Markets turned to Black Hammer to develop the look and feel and information architecture for their new corporate intranet. The task was to organize a complex series of screens that aggregate banking and client information from across the company's various business groups. The result was a clear, concise design that separated the information by category while allowing one-click access to any related category.

 

Nonprofit Media Group Ltd.

The Nonprofit Media Group Ltd. is a not-for-profit company whose primary goal is to support the diversity of media available to the public and to nurture the creative arts by supporting the production of documentary and short films. Their Flash website, designed and programmed pro-bono by Black Hammer, provides information on their management team and mission, and details their programs and application process.
